Shipping policy

Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 2-7 business days. These windows may be extended during peak periods. Want it in a hurry? Next Day and 2-Day Express Delivery options are available for an extra charge, subject to availability. Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. 

Express Delivery is not available for deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Guam, Puerto Rico, remote or rural areas, and international addresses.

Charges

The cost to ship internationally varies and depends on the size and destination of the shipment. Your total shipping charges (US dollars) will appear during the Checkout process, before payment is entered. 

Who Pays for Duties and Taxes?

Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes or miscellaneous fees. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs office. Please keep this in mind when shipping a gift item to a destination outside the U.S.

Customs

For goods shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the goods and accompanying materials may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the goods may not conform to destination country voltage (requiring use of an adapter or converter). You are responsible for assuring the goods can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from us, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
