If you like some heat with your sweet, then this honey is for you. We take pure, raw honey and blend in some chili oil and a splash of vinegar. Not too much heat, but not too little either. The heat shows up on the back end. You will taste the sweet first, and then as the honey hits the back of your tongue and throat, the heat will appear.
Drizzle some on sliced apples for a snack with pop. Try it with fried chicken or on a slice of pizza. Use as a topping on some grilled shrimp.
